If your policy includes Emergency treatment outside area of cover, urgent care during short trips may be covered up to the time and amount limits shown in your benefits. Treatment must start within 24 hours of the emergency. Routine or follow-up care, and maternity-related costs, are not included.
If you’re on a group plan and will be outside your area for more than 6 weeks, please inform your Group Scheme Manager.
