    We’re proud to offer our doctors appointment booking solution to Boots pharmacies in UAE! Our embedded booking solution allows visitors on Boots website to search an extensive directory of 1000+ doctors and healthcare providers and book. The customer experience is easy to navigate and simple to use, and once an appointment is booked, users receive email and SMS reminders so they don’t forget the details. It’s another example of Nextcare’s dedication to making life easier for our members.

  • Appointment Booking on Nextcare website

    Insured members in the UAE can now easily search for a doctor or medical provider by name, location or specialty on the Nextcare website by selecting an appointment date and time for themselves or any family member. Upon confirmation, members will receive an instant email and SMS confirmation. Following the success that ‘Book an Appointment” has achieved in the UAE, we’re happy to announce that this convenient functionality has just been introduced in Morocco and can be accessed via the MyNextcare app and very soon on the website. The “Book an Appointment” functionality will be introduced to other countries in the region in the coming months.

  • Health at Hand signs agreement with Alma health

    With full integration of insurance workflows within a telehealth app, Health at Hand has been the obvious solution for Nextcare to increase benefits for members, while decreasing costs. Health at Hand has recently entered into a strategic partnership with Abu Dhabi based telehealth company, Alma Health, to expand its telehealth services to members in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Through this partnership, members with Abu Dhabi residence visas will now have access to teleconsultations through MyNextcare app and LiveDoc. This partnership constitutes a key milestone as the Health at Hand service is now available across the entire country.

    Rassem Ktata, General Manager of Nextcare Tunisia, attended the 33rd @GAIF on 5-8th June in Algeria. The General Arab Insurance Federation is a great place for Rassem to meet clients, network and discuss the latest topics with insurance and reinsurance professionals from the Arab world and beyond. In the run up to the event, Rassem took part in two wide-ranging interviews with @Al Morakeb and @Al Bayan in which he discussed various subjects including ‘driving new opportunities’ and ‘getting back to normal after Covid-19’.
