The role of the Pulse Transformation – Provider Portal Rollout Specialist involves driving the Transformation of the Pulse Product from both technical and strategic perspectives. From a technical point of view, the Pulse Provider Portal Rollout Specialist will be responsible to drive the configuration, training, support and monitoring, and will work closely with the Scrum team for the PULSE functionalities to be well adapted to the clients and market preferences. Likewise, from a strategic point of view, the incumbent in this role is responsible to ensure that the Pulse satisfies the different market demands and the stakeholders are onboard with the updates. Job responsibilities span across all current and new network region is BUs & OEs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pule Setup and Configuration: Configure the needed setup and help create the procedure that will be adapted as per the different countries / business units and client needs. | Ensure all local processes are adapted and aligned to ensure the Pulse functionalities are performing as designed. | Coordinate with the involved team members that will be applying the needed setup & configuration for the Pulse
  • Promoting the Pulse Functionalities for internal stakeholders: Stay fully aware about the latest Pulse releases, understanding each release impact on the different clients & markets. | Ensure the Pulse functionalities are well understood by the different countries and stakeholders. | Ensure the Pulse manuals and user manuals are continuously communicated to the different Pulse stakeholders. | Work closely with stakeholders and Pulse ambassadors ensuring a clear alignment of Product functionalities and utilization
  • Training : Conduct the needed trainings for the involved department (e.g. support teams…) and clients (e.g. Network Healthcare Providers, Payers etc…). | Ensure training materials, manuals and user guides are up-to-date
  • Level 2 Support : Provide assistance and support on all queries escalated for Level 2 Support as and when required from a technical standpoint. | Liaise with the concerned teams for problem resolution
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy
  • Has minimum 2 years of experience
  • Medical Practical Experience (reputable insurance provider, broker or a TPA experience a plus).
  • Organizational & time management skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and users
  • Ability to demonstrate sound work ethics
  • Show flexibility with excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with the claims department and other departments having regard for the strict need for confidentiality
  • To be capable of responding diplomatically to pressures and problems showing a calm approach to working towards deadlines and always able to show an innovative and creative approach to work
  • The ability to exercise initiatives and be able to work flexibly under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Experience in working with senior managers and understanding the necessity to act in a pleasant and courteous manner and to be able to work effectively with others
