The Payroll Specialist – HR is involved with development and implementation of all Human Resources activities in the company specially the Payroll and Personnel Function. The Payroll Specialist – HR develops, advises on, and implements policies relating to the effective use of personnel. Will be responsible for HR Operational areas such as payroll, leave management. The incumbent will involve and direct actions to satisfy the manpower requirements, as well as employee welfare activities for the company. The HR Officer will coordinate closely with functions within the department as well as with other departments across the company and ensure compliance to Nextcare and HR policies and procedures.
