The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating content and coordinating lead generation activities for B2B and B2C strategy with internal stakeholders and external agencies. Also helping to plan, implement and optimize a range of digital marketing tactics including search engine optimization (SEO/SEM), display, and social media marketing (SMM) advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of our strategy
  • Provide creative ideas and monitoring for content marketing and website update
  • Implement, launch and monitor optimized online adverts through SEM, Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) with SEO agency
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, bitly platforms …etc.). Revise, refine and adjust where necessary, for optimum performance
  • Provide the business with content and graphic mailers in collaboration with graphic designers that link back to our mobile app and website
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

  • Stay informed of Allianz Group, industry digital marketing trends, best practices and apply learnings to our digital campaigns
Profile Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Digital Marketing Specialist role or similar.
  • Team player with a helpful, flexible and supportive approach
  • Ability to identify promising new digital initiatives, including provision of likely costs and timelines
  • Creative, innovative and digitally minded
  • Self-motivated, conscientious self-starter
  • Good organizational and inter-personal skills with ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate technical data in a way, which audiences will understand easily
  • An ability to combine strategic thinking, commercial acumen and pragmatism with hands on, down to earth approach to personally getting things done
  • High preference for UAE National candidates with relevant experience
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, bitly platform etc.)
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
